Nick Larkworthy, Marketing Manager of Guinness Malaysia, hailed the launch of Wave 3 of the successful programme.
“We have a proud history of supporting social change at GUINNESS®, beginning with the actions of Arthur Guinness and his family. Arthur was a man Made of More, very much ahead of his time, who strove to improve the quality of life of his workers, their families, and the wider community.
With Entrepreneurs For Good, our joint venture with British Council, we seek to continue this tradition of philanthropy, supporting and rewarding those who make the bold decision to start businesses not for profit, but to better the lives of those around them.”
Speaking at the roadshows was luminaries from various industries, including Kal Joffres from social movement group, Tandemic, Chan Ehon from social entrepreneurship group, MaGIC, and alumni from previous years of the Entrepreneurs For Good programme.
